As the Strategic Programs Occupancy Analyst in JLL\'s Workplace Dynamics, Occupancy Planning and Management team, Britany currently provides strategic planning, data management, and workplace strategy expertise to her client, Meta Platforms. During her 5 years on this account, she has made strong contributions to the development ofstrategies and processes to effectively manage the client’s ever-changing corporate real estate initiatives. These initiatives include high-growth demand planning, post-COVID return to office launches, and the rollout of hybrid and utilization-based seating models.Prior to transitioning to the Strategic Programs Occupancy Analyst role, Britany was the JLL@Meta Americas Occupancy Planning Lead, managing up to six direct reports and 6.5 million RSF of real estate across the Americas region. While in this role she and her team effectively planned and executed numerous campus restacks, successfully transitioned to a new CAFM system, established a robust data integrity program, developed an overseas resource support model, and continued to introduce best practices to meet the client\'s fast-paced, ever-evolving needs. Throughout Britany’s 17-year corporate real estate career, she has consistently delivered exceptional results. While she was the Senior Occupancy Planner for Discover Financial Services, she revolutionized workspace management by implementing mobility and utilization tracking tools for unassigned seating. In addition, she played a critical role in the development of COVID-19 re-entry dashboards that ensured employee safety while maximizing operational capacity.Since joining JLL’s Occupancy Planning Consulting team in 2014, she has successfully served over 35 clients across diverse industries. Her expertise in site validations, strategic stacking, and migration planning have led her to deliver occupancy solutions that balance employee experience with bottom-line results.Prior to joining JLL, Britany worked for SAS Architects and Planners, where she developed a strong knowledge of all facets of corporate occupancy planning and architecture. In her six years as the firm’s primary space planner, she worked closely with her clients’ CRE teams to organize, plan, and implement multiple large-scale consolidation efforts.Britany earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Arizona State University. Mrs. Klenda is a Design Excellence recipient and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
