Ms. Seifert co-authored updates of Reductions in Force in Employment Law, and has authored numerous articles on employment-related topics.Ms. Seifert earned her J.D. at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she was a member of law review and the moot court team, and during which she worked part-time (third year of law school) with the Cleveland office of Jones Day. Ms. Seifert is a member of the State Bar of Ohio and the State Bar of Connecticut, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third and Sixth Circuits.
