I have a proven track record of supporting exponential growth of hypergrowth companies, delivering gold standards, and creating new benchmarks in the field of human resources. As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Flipkart, I shape the talent acquisition strategy, drive the diversity and inclusion charter, and leverage HR tech to optimize the hiring process and enhance the candidate experience. One of the proudest moments for me personally was to shift the Diversity hiring from mere 16% to 42% within few months of dedicated actions around the strong held strategy.In my previous role as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at LEAD School, an innovative ed-tech company, I was responsible for scaling up the team from 1X to 10X within six weeks, while ensuring quality and fit. I used a combination of intuition and data to make informed decisions, and led the team with a bias for action and a solution-oriented mindset. I also envisioned and built new talent avenues, replicating the best practices where available or learning and adapting quickly where needed. I contributed to the company\'s mission of transforming the education system in India by hiring passionate and talented professionals who shared the same vision.
