   The squads described below merged as one larger squad 4/2024 and are focused on Database Agility which includes Lifecycle/Modernization, Insights/Database Data Engineering, Data Migration Services, Data Replication. I currently manage two agile squads focused on Database Platforms: Lifecycle & Modernization (LiMo) and Cost & Transparency (C&T). LiMo is responsible to ensure we\'re managing the lifecycle/upgrades for databases and implementing automated solutions to modernize them and move them to the cloud. C&T is responsible for optimizing the cost of databases and costs (licensing) in addition to providing transparency to all database inventory.
