I have over 9 years of experience working in management, leadership training and facilitation, client and customer success, engagement, and educational administration experience. Recently, I worked as an Organizational Change Management Consultant. I used data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting an organization\'s availability to reach its strategic objectives.
