I help to build the connective tissue of the Bristol and Bath entrepreneurial and creative ecosystems by curating insight, convening leaders, solving problems, and designing healthier systems for people and business.Through projects like The Bristol Business Bugle (a concise, weekly newsletter to celebrate, inform, and connect the entrepreneurial ecosystem in and beyond Greater Bristol - https://bristolbugle.substack.com/) and Electra (a peer network where awesome women leaders unite to celebrate, connect, and overcome challenges together), I help ensure that the right people find each other, and thrive together.My approach draws on both ecosystem building and wellness principles. With 7+ years of experience as a nutritional therapist, I believe the same habits that help humans flourish - rhythm, resilience, nourishment, and rest also apply to organisations and regions.
