I specialise in leading organisations through ownership change, complex carve‑outs, and integration, with a strong track record across private equity and multiple sectors. My career has centred on creating clarity in complexity — reshaping businesses, aligning investors and leadership teams, and building the structures needed for long‑term value creation. As CEO of Aquest, I led the carve‑out from PLC ownership into private equity, established four standalone businesses as part of the value‑creation plan, and later played a key part in merging one of those businesses with another held by the same PE house. I now serve as Chair of Aquest Group and as a Non‑Executive Director at mthree (the merged business). I am also leading the combined technology estate integration for the newly merged business. Before this, I held senior leadership roles at Capita, including Managing Director and Divisional Commercial Director positions. I played a key role in preparing businesses for sale — including a split sale to two private equity houses — and led major commercial negotiations, policy engagement, and operational transformation across multiple business units.I bring a decisive, commercially grounded approach to governance, Mergers and Acquisitions and organisational change, with a focus on disciplined execution, investor alignment, and building leadership teams capable of delivering sustained performance.
