Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Remote Engagement Representatives, driving a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement• Provide real‑time coaching, performance feedback, and skill development to elevate team capability and ensure consistent achievement of sales and quality goals• Oversee territory strategy and execution while simultaneously modeling best‑in‑class customer engagement for the team• Conduct call monitoring to assess quality, identify coaching opportunities, and reinforce compliance and brand messaging standards• Manage performance reviews, personnel decisions, corrective action, and terminations with professionalism and alignment to organizational expectations• Partner closely with project leads and client stakeholders to align on strategy, insights, and operational priorities• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives to build a strong, scalable remote engagement team• Drive team readiness for product launches, training sessions, and periodic sales meetings through structured planning and leadership• Maintain oversight of team reporting, CRM accuracy, call documentation, and sample accountability (when applicable)• Guide representatives in territory management, communication strategy, and relationship‑building with healthcare professionals• Support lead generation, appointment setting, and recruitment for virtual educational events and national meetings• Champion high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer experience across all remote interactions• Navigate multiple systems and workflows while ensuring team adherence to process, quality, and compliance requirements• Foster a flexible, resilient team environment capable of adapting to evolving business needs and client expectations• Serve as a leadership escalation point for operational challenges, customer issues, and team support needs
