About Brionna Eaddy
I am a certified Title I educator and policy advocate dedicated to results. My students achieved among the highest growth in mCLASS Dibels across KIPP North Carolina for the 22-23 school year, where over 90% of students achieved either personal or benchmark growth goals in reading. I believe the achievement gap amongst students in underserved communities exists for a myriad of reasons, but potential is not one. Each student possesses the potential to achieve academic greatness, but it takes passion, dedication, and an unending commitment to equity by everyone involved to see this come to fruition. I have had the opportunity to work with LEE and the Atlanta Public School Board as a policy fellow, and wrote both policies and resolutions regarding trauma informed teaching and restorative practices for Atlanta Public Schools. These were adopted by the Georgia General Assembly and moved on to Congress for funding, awareness, and programming. I am passionate about all facets of education, with a strong focus on improving literacy learning outcomes for students of color.#EducationIsPower
