Responsible for supporting Marketing and Refinery events in the Tyler, Texas area. Event Organizer, Assist in the preparation of the Tournament for Hope in Nashville TN, El Dorado, Arkansas & Tyler, Texas. The Delek Fund for Hope was established in 2008 to support charities in the communities in which our employees and customers live and work. These communities include those served by Delek US, Delek Refineries Ltd, Delek Logistics, Lion Oil, Delek Marketing and Supply and MAPCO Marts. Work closely with the Marketing Manager inculding handling information request, compiling data, receiving visitors, arranging conferences, scheduling meetings. Negotiate rates for lodging at local hotels, professional organizer.Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Active in public relations. Member of local organizations including Women In Tyler, Habitat for Humanity Board Member, American Cancer Society Volunteer, Company Benevolence Fund Member, assist with Tournament for Hope (Golf).Manage Corporate Apartment.
