Conducting DIR/Floortime sessions with individuals with differing developmental abilities, namely on the Autism Spectrum- Engaging individuals in relationship-based interactions, promote social-emotional development and communication skills; motivate, empower and ensure autonomy through a person-centered approach; maintaining supportive and nurturing environments- Fostering relationships with clients and their families, prioritize flexibility, creativity and empathy. Allowing client to lead and expand on their interests to encourage growth and engagement- Preparing progress reports, writing session reports, educating and training caregivers, reviewing and setting goals, implementing intervention strategies, attending weekly meetings for ongoing training and professional development and working in collaboration with other professionals to support the client\'s development.
