With over 11 years of experience, I am a seasoned professional with expertise in the field of AI, e-commerce, and social impact. I currently work as a Senior Product Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, leading the digital transformation for conversational AI in the banking industry. I hold two certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and SFDC DEV 401, demonstrating my skills and knowledge in agile product development. In my current role, I\'m responsible for developing and implementing “financial AI” (FinAI) capability that can estimate the true costs and returns of AI models, and to consult business heads and design teams on how to leverage AI solutions to bridge gaps and enhance customer experience. I am passionate about building products and experiences that delight users and impact consumer behavior and businesses at scale.
