About Brina Whittier
I\'ve built my career by learning fast and finding ways to improve. In my internship phase, I was able to lead a team as a Product Owner where I focused on breaking down requirements into story sized development pieces. From that role, I was interested in being a servant leader to the development team. When I took my position as a Scrum Master, I was able to help the development team with impediments, strengthen team communication, and ultimately helped the team deliver their best work. Moving into my Release Train Engineer role expanded my experience by orchestrating delivery across many teams, aligning strategy, and driving product predictability at scale. Today, as a Technical Product Manager, I bring all that experience learned to connect the product roadmap with development delivery. I ensure the development teams have what they need to build products and features that deliver high value to our clients. I am constantly in a fast-moving environment & my skills with cross-functional collaboration with business, product, and development is key to fast GTM delivery.
