Work with the program team to get the required funding for the identified changes/migration/integration for the FCRM systems- Work with the program team and project team to list high-level road maps, estimate project timeline estimates, prepare project plans, and sequence them based on the time, resources, and budget- Create As-Is and To-Be design diagrams to review with the enterprise Agile Architecture board to seek approval for the proposed changes- Work with the agile POD team for each of the road map items from inception to delivery- Guide the POD engineers for detailed requirement gathering, data mapping, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance- Technical liaison between the source systems and FCRM systems- Work with respective vendors for the required changes in vendor applications- Maintain the delivered application with the help of application support for seamless business operations- Subject Matter Expert for APIs under the FCRM platform- Defining the API contact, API data model, and data mapping for each API- Review the API contract with the API Center for Excellence for standardization and approvals- Provide guidance for engineers developing microservices for APIs- Coordinate testing with QA engineers to ensure the APIs are working as expected- Work with engineers to deploy the microservices to the production OpenShift platform.
