I am handling a team of 5 high performing developers, working closely with our customers and product teams.My team is part of the Industry solutions engineering org in Industry partner solutions at Microsoft. My team exclusively works with our major retail customers and help them build cutting edge solutions by co-developing solutions with them. We also build reference architectures that can be used across customers.We work on a range of technologies including Generative AI, Machine learning, Data domain, DevOps etc.I help my team in building clarity on the projects, manage the team\'s and project\'s day to day, manage the most complex parts of projects and bring support from various other teams for the success of project.
