I had demonstrated excellence in implementing Group Indirect Purchasing procedures along with designing local procedures at all sites of India in Jan’13. My forte was in managing almost three-fold growth in India with 20% reduction in headcount as compared to 2015. Not only this, I also achieved savings beyond targets for last eight consecutive years. Apart from this, I voluntarily initiated Thailand integration in Oct’14 and successfully completed it in Jan’15 followed by Malaysia in 2016 and Vietnam in 2018.
