Coordinate with the Design and Sampling teams, providing input on manufacturing constraints. Work with the Merchandising, and Functional Heads to finalize production quantities with Planning. Guide Production Managers in executing the production plan and manage the production of the first piece or prototype. Coordinate with the Sourcing team to ensure the availability and quality of raw materials. Ensure adherence to production timelines as per the planning schedule. Quality Control & Process Improvement: Communicate effectively with the Quality team to ensure all products meet the established quality standards. Identify areas of improvement in existing production processes and suggest enhancements, particularly in quality and sourcing. Ensure compliance with safety protocols throughout the production process. Oversee production quality control and work to continuously improve product standards. Cost Management: Refine the costing methodology to maintain tight control over production costs. Collaborate with the Functional Head and Design team to achieve desired costing margins. Maintain strict control over raw material wastage to optimize production efficiency. Generalize the capacity of individual factory and monitor that it should be utilize completely. Apply 3R/3T/3W/5S and Kanban System to reduce the cost. People Management & Development: Lead and develop the production team, ensuring that all members are equipped with the skills and training necessary for their roles. Coordinate with Boutique Directors to provide product training for retail employees, ensuring they have a deep understanding of the products.
