Polymers & ChemicalsProduct: Ca- Zn PVC stabilizerJob Responsibilities:• Production Planning,Negotiating & Arranging for Transport• Co-coordinating with Marketing team for Order Execution through our ERP• Overseeing Labour Management activities• Co-ordinating with suppliers/customers regarding dispatches/payments, etc.• Set Daily / Weekly / Monthly Planning and Communicate to the Production Team• Plan and Allocate the Manpower both Supervisor and worker Category for Execution of Production Plans• Ensure the safe use of Production Equipment and schedule regular maintenance• Ensure production output according to the Product Specification• Submit reports on performance and progress to Management• Identify Issues in efficiency and suggest Improvements to increase efficiency• Train new / existing Manpower on machine operations, safe use of machinery and appropriate use of Rawmaterials/ Consumables • Ensure strict safety Guidelines and Company Standards• Responsible for Preparing ISO Documents as per the Standards and Implement the same in the workplace• Plan the Quality Objectives of the Production Department and Achieve the same by standard Procedures• Examining factory expenses and sending to Head Office for payment approval.• Constant monitoring of factory expenses such as repairs, etc. and preparation of necessary Costing statements •Manage all kinds of Internal & External audits such as ISO Audit.• Responsible for renewing of statutory licenses
