   I lead a team of ML and SW engineers in the Anonymization team. We build privacy enhancing techniques (PII detection, anonymization and remediation) for unstructured multi-modal data. We especially work on mitigating identifiability risk and unlocking data for GenAI foundational model training. My team utilizes a variety of ML techniques such as fine-tuning transformers, distillation, active learning, LLM prompt engineering, synthetic labeling etc.
