Key Areas of Responsibility- Oversee global operations and delivery of: • Enterprise Messaging – Exchange Online, Exchange 2019, Email Security, Intune • Collaboration – Microsoft 365/Office 365 (SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Stream, Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) • Unified Communications – Microsoft Teams, Teams Live Events, and other audio/video/web conferencing and webcasting services • Video Conferencing – Polycom room systems, Teams room systems, Crestron XIO Cloud, and Digital Signage Solutions Drive continuous improvement in Digital Workplace solutions, ensuring a secure, reliable, and seamless user experience that supports enterprise-wide productivity and collaboration.
