Skilfully maintained responsibility for- Acquisition of new Clients and managing existing relationship for assigned portfolio- Responsible for the growth of the portfolio: Nurture existing relationship to generate business & acquire new relationship – ensuring targets are met and there is availability of an increased revenue stream- Identification of the potential customers, acquiring the account and capture the maximum share of the wallet size- Identifying cross sell & revenue increasing opportunity: Cross – sell of products like Export / Import Bill collections, Salary accounts, FDs etc- Value Chain Liability: Tapping the supply chain of the customers like the promoters, directors, vendors, clients, and franchisees accounts- Effective Client management and resolutions of customer queries / complaints- Understanding client’s requirements for credit facilities, preparation of CAM, ensuring timely disbursement of the facility, regularly interacting with client, getting market intelligence and ensuring the quality of credit- Credit Management, Compliance & Exceptions: Includes getting CAM prepared, timely renewals, obtaining and closing deferrals, preparation of call memos, quarterly results, TOD management, Documents – Pre – Sanction and Post – Sanction- Liasioning with other departments / verticals to penetrate the maximum products / services to the clients under 360 degree banking approach- Supply Chain Finance for Suppliers and Vendors.
