As an RCDD-certified project manager, I deliver complex IT and ICT construction projects by devising end-to-end project strategies, eliminating roadblocks, and implementing innovative solutions. I ensure client satisfaction by gathering and defining client goals and executing projects on time and within budget. LARGE-SCALE PROJECT LEADERSHIP: I have a passion for delivering monumental projects. For instance, at Dynalectric San Diego, I completed a $1B project, comprising 6 residential buildings and a parking complex for the University of California San Diego. To do this, I orchestrated the $6M budget and led the deployment of various systems, including horizontal and backbone telecom, security, intrusion, CCTV, etc. This effort resulted in 100% client satisfaction. CHANGE MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE: I seamlessly navigate through and manage changing work orders. During the aforementioned project, I anticipated client needs by establishing regular communications to understand the client’s vision. I then translated those needs into technical requirements and modified operational workflows accordingly, in collaboration with experienced on-field professionals. As a result, despite the scope creep, I delivered the 5-year project within the deadline and budgetary limits. PROCESS STANDARDIZATION CHAMPION: I transform processes to optimize operational capabilities. At the same company, for example, I documented SOPs and created standardized templates to maintain performance levels for countering high turnover in the administration team. Furthermore, I enforced the integration of trackers within procurement folders. By doing so, I expedited material tracking by ~98%, from 2 days to less than an hour, which in turn sped up the overall report generation process.
