ABOUT BRIGITTE RODRIGUEZ

Brigitte Rodriguez is an energetic leader with almost 20 years in the Plastics Industry, dedicated to problem-solving, with a Lean-Thinking approach. With Midwest roots, Brigitte studied Industrial Technology Management & Plastics Processing at the University of Wisconsin – Platteville, then spent several years in Kansas City, MO, where she held various roles at a forward-thinking injection molding company & enjoyed the best BBQ in the U.S. She’s a girl who doesn’t mind rolling up her sleeves & getting dirty. Brigitte’s passion for the Plastics Industry, personal growth, outdoors & sunshine, drew her to Southern California, where she advanced her career in extrusion & injection molding. She spent several years as the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer for a mid-size, global company, handling all West Coast operations. She loved having her hand touch many different areas of the business, especially equipment purchasing, asset reliability, and supporting her Tool Room & Maintenance crew. In addition to injection molding, she became familiar with metal fabricating, forging, carpentry, paint & epoxy lines, grout operations & heavy-construction equipment rental. Brigitte was chosen among 1,400 employees to be the one, internal leader to launch Lean/Continuous Improvement, nation-wide. The results of these efforts over a 3-year period were astounding. In her Sales role, Brigitte uses her strong technical background, Midwest personality, Lean-Thinking approach, and Best Practices she’s learned throughout her career. In her mind: People matter. So does money. Her goal is to understand your values & help you get the reliable equipment you need, while ensuring you get the most value out of every dollar you spend.
