Leveraging my background in Project and Program Management I moved into the Transport Sector to lead and support a broad sector of consultants supporting Victoria\'s Big Build before taking a leadership role in the Energy Sector supporting our multi generation energy transition. I also sit on the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Australasian Advisory Board.I am following my own ethos of putting myself in different shoes to have a greater understanding of the industry we operate within. Diverse experiences help us to see a broader range of opportunities and ways to address issues as we work in every increasing complex environments. Sitting on the RICS Advisory Board broadens my mind further working alongside specialisms I would not normally work with on a day-to-day basis including Valuers, Financiers, Property Developers and the like.Seeing our industry through a broader lens ultimately results in better outcomes for our industry, our projects, our clients and their stakeholders.
