With a passion for underwriting, I bring several years of experience and knowledge in the direct and reinsurance markets. As a collaborative leader, I strive for creating an empowering work culture with values that promote employee engagement and success. Working towards and establishing trusting business relationships are the core fundamentals of my values along with sharing my expertise to help mentor and educate underwriters. I enjoyed many years of contributing to the underwriting community through my involvement on the Executive Committee of the CIU in the roles of Vice Chair, Chair and Past Chair. This opportunity has allowed me to make a difference to the industry through education that is timely and relevant to underwriters. Building a strong and collective community with knowledge and insight will help prepare us for the underwriting transformations of the future which we are all a part of.
