As HR Director I have overall responsibility for the HR Function including HR Business Partner teams, Talent Acquisition, HR Support and Remunerations and Benefits.Primarily focused on shaping and delivering the HR Strategy in support of the Company goals, I work closely with Board colleagues to support transformational projects and drive employee engagement and motivation, through employee well-being initiatives, alignment of reward strategy and support of talent development whilst promoting inclusivity. Using a data driven approach and a curious mindset to identify opportunities for efficiencies and continuous improvement within the HR arena, I also engage and empower those around me to develop themselves and promote collaboration across the business.A key member of the company’s task force to respond to the COVID pandemic, I have led the HR function to support employees in new ways of working, increase the focus on employee well-being and create a centre of expertise on all aspects and implementation of current guidance, and employee communication. This has resulted in high levels of satisfaction from employees and a significant increase in employee engagement.
