Energized by ambitious operational and strategic objectives I am a leader with more than 20 years of management experience in the cultural and entertainment sectors. I started my career at Cirque du Soleil. I lived through every step of the Cirque\'s phenomenal growth, including the international touring and expansion projects. I have learned to be agile and to demonstrate extraordinary adaptability in order to optimize operations and processes while leveraging human capital. Recognized for my excellence in managing complex files, I have notably managed the Cirque du Soleil office in Shanghai. Throughout my career I have taken on countless political and logistical challenges, and I proved to be a perseverent and open-minded manager in adapting to local cultures and barriers to entry. Impossible missions are what I am looking for: they motivate me. Recently, I supported the Governor General of Canada in managing sensitive issues at Rideau Hall. Flexible by nature I seek teamwork opportunities, building on collective success, with integrity and commitment, to reach objectives. I am fluent in four languages; French, English, Portuguese and Spanish, and I am also learning Italian and Mandarin.
