Serve as a member of the Child Study Team conducting Sociocultural Assessments, participate in determining eligibility for an academic disability, and assist with finalizing Individual Education Plans if eligible- Provide individual and group counseling to students to support academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, as well as stress management, conflict resolution, and peer relationships, fostering a sense of community among students- Support the Response to Intervention and 504 Plan teams to address social-emotional concerns- Conduct Threat Assessments and Risk Assessments and develop and implement safety plans, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans as appropriate- Serve as a liaison between the school, community resources, and families, providing referrals and ensuring access to appropriate services- Case manage students receiving services from the Family Assessment and Planning Team (FAPT) and conduct Child Assessments of Needs and Strengths (CANS).
