About Brigit Mahoney
As a former meteorologist turned internal comms champion, I’ve learned that weather and communication have a lot in common - both are all about timing, clarity, and connection. Because let’s be honest: no one likes being caught off guard by a storm or a last-minute announcement. Now at Workshop, I help teams build internal comms strategies that actually work, making messages clear, consistent, and engaging so employees feel informed and inspired. Before that, I spent years in front of the camera as a meteorologist, anchor, and reporter, helping launch the Fox Weather app and earning three Emmy nominations for storytelling.
