Hi! I\'m Brigid, the founder and principal of Hillcrest Strategies. I founded Hillcrest Strategies after working for over a decade at the intersection of nonprofit financial management, fundraising, and administration. As the years passed, I started to notice some patterns – many folks are uncomfortable talking about money and what it means to our movement. Time and again, I saw operations and administrative processes that were murky, and organizations want their internal systems to align with their values but aren’t sure how to get there.At Hillcrest Strategies, we help groups cultivate clarity of their financial position and build strong operational systems to create space for leadership to focus on the big, strategic questions they face. Through our work, our clients create internal alignment so they can rise to these unprecedented challenges to American Democracy and build a future where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
