Provide one-to-one holistic support to individuals around integration, employability, wellbeing, and community participation.Build trusting relationships with service users, ensuring their voices shape programme delivery.Facilitate group sessions and workshops to empower individuals with skills and access to opportunities.Lead targeted outreach to engage underrepresented and harder-to-reach communities.Conduct consultations and feedback sessions to ensure services are shaped by the needs of the community.Represent The CAE at local events, meetings, and stakeholder gatherings to raise awareness and build networks.Organise and deliver community-based activities aligned with users’ needs and The CAE’s mission.Work collaboratively with volunteers and project teams to enhance service delivery and project capacity.Track and document casework, engagement activities, and outcomes to support monitoring and reporting.Collect impact data, success stories, and user feedback to contribute to service improvement and funding.Promote The CAE’s work through social media and online updates to keep stakeholders informed.Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards in all interactions and documentation.
