About Brie Mazin
Brie Mazin is a wife, mom, yoga teacher, TV Host and creator behind Florida Yoga Mama. Brie created a space to share her passion for being an active mama, while inspiring others to look and feel their best inside out and outside in. She hopes to connect with her followers and provide them with optimism, valuable resources and lots of entertainment.Brie\'s positive outlook, can-do attitude and zest for life have earned her a reputation as a multimedia talent. As a fitness junkie with 15 years in the group exercise community, Brie utilizes her experience, passion and compassion to motivate others and help them achieve their own personal goals. Vinyasa was the first exposure Brie had to yoga. She went on to study many different styles of Yoga including Vinyasa, Yin and Prenatal and earned her certification in July of 2011. Brie is a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 and continues to learn through practice, workshops and retreats so she can continue her life’s purpose of inspiring.
