   My journey at MIND Education began in 2011, when I transitioned from the classroom to a mission I believed could change education at scale. What inspired me then still drives me today: the chance to empower teachers, schools, and districts to create lasting impact for students. Over more than a decade, I’ve grown alongside the organization—taking on roles that deepened my expertise, expanded my influence, and reinforced my belief in the power of alignment between people, product, and purpose.I started by working directly with schools and districts as an Education Success Manager (20••••14) —building trusted relationships, guiding smooth onboarding, and facilitating engaging training sessions that ensured adoption and retention. Over time, I expanded into a Staff Development Specialist (20••••17) and Senior Curriculum Specialist, Sales Enablement (20••••18), where I designed national professional learning opportunities, coached teams, and revamped internal platforms to better serve both staff and customers.In 2018, I moved into senior leadership, managing and scaling customer-facing teams to drive measurable outcomes for schools and districts. I focused on using data and key performance indicators to inform strategy, streamlined processes across departments, and advocated for enhancements that aligned our product with partner needs.Today, as Vice President of Education Success, I lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, Program Managers, Professional Learning Specialists, and Support Managers. Together, we’ve increased retention rates, positioned Customer Success as a strategic driver of district partnerships, and strengthened the way data informs decision-making. Most importantly, I lead as a servant leader—coaching my team, removing roadblocks, and celebrating their growth. I take the greatest pride not in individual achievements, but in watching my people shine, knowing their success drives impact for educators and students nationwide.
