Formulate therapeutic bioactive products using botanical extracts, phytocompounds, dietary supplement ingredients including vitamins, minerals, and metabolites related to diverse health applications including chronic inflammation, pain, satiety, immune function/anti-cancer, anti-aging pathways, cardiovascular health, metabolic health, etc. Compose technical literature summaries of formulas and individual ingredients. Compile product application dossiers, regulatory product validations, and research databases. Assist sales and marketing in web content development, PowerPoints, and brochures. Support technical services in resolving quality issues, product testing, GMP/food safety requirements, manufacturing processes, and product specifications. Develop new applications for dietary supplements, functional foods and beverages, bioactives, and personal care and cosmetic applications. Write technical monographs, product summaries, and technical sales and marketing pieces. Intimate knowledge of herbal extraction technology, FDA regulatory issues, cGMP, manufacturing, SOP’s, structure function claims and GRAS requirements. Collaborate with marketing to create advertising, press releases, sell sheets and technical marketing material for customers and sales representatives.
