Role: Brie is responsible for developmental and strategic management of AWS\' public speaking programs. • Manage four programs/workstreams, including the Underrepresented in Tech (URT) program\'s Mic Check video series, Speaker Bar Raiser program, event communications workstream, and speaker coaching program, improving access to educational resources across global customers and internal speakers; enabling 7,300 URT employees 32k+ speakers• Cultivate and deepen strategic partnerships with internal field teams and community organizations, launching 9 initiatives geared toward personnel and customers in Berlin, Paris, London, Stockholm, Mexico, and several other regions, directly contributing to the integration of speaker programs into the broader organizational vision• Drive cross-functional and cross-organizational collaboration to create and implement ID & E, accessibility, and multicultural roadmaps, influencing 680 internal stakeholders across 190 countries, by leveraging strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.• Own and produce the inaugural Amazon SpeakerCon, an internal conference to build community and skill sets of internal speakers which saw registrations and an overall CSAT score of 4.8/5; managed the keynote address for VP and Formula 1 speakers and the video and stage management processes• Lead strategic resource planning across team, allocating a budget and directly managing two team members; As a team, we\'ve launched 12 international programs for speaker training at a 28% cost reduction (2024).• Scale out resources by forging strategic partnerships, building relationships with communityorganizations, across partner organizations, fostering cross-team collaboration using exceptional interpersonal skills to mediate, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risk
