In my role, I lead culture and learning initiatives that strengthen our people and community. I created Culture Camps blending history, mindset, philanthropy, and team-building for 200+ team members and conduct culture assessments that give executives actionable insights. I mentor a 17-member Culture Champion Team, lead annual service trips for 100 volunteers, and build community partnerships. To drive growth, I facilitate training on values, leadership, and teamwork and designed Correct Craft University with five development tracks serving 100 active learners. I also run the hardship support program and designed a philanthropy dashboard to track our goal, keeping culture and impact both measurable and meaningful.
