Conducts driver\'s license checks as necessary-Maintains the integrity and accuracy of recruitment data entry into HR and recruitment systems-Develops and maintains key performance indicators and metrics for measuring and reporting on recruitment activity-Identifies, engages, and recruits qualified candidates by attending career fairs, professional events, using college network contracts, participating in social media networking, coordinating information sessions, participating in referral recruiting and attending seminars.
