Lead, coordinate and manage testing activities across multiple projects Provide test coordination across capability teams for all phases of testing DDIT, Connectivity, SIT, UAT, E2E-across GR program and Epic as required Establish and own Test Strategy and Master Test Plan for all phases of testing projected for E2E project Review Architecture diagram and attend design review and architect walkthrough Interact with capability teams to define testing strategy, execution scheduling and resource planning Align test schedules to correspond with program E2E test schedules and testing partners external to GR Review features and user stories for readiness and to establish timelines for scheduling testing activities per capability team Engage Program Manager, Scrum Master to identify POC technical and test resources per capability team Facilitate weekly call with all the team to get functional testing status Manage walkthrough of Test Strategy and Master Test Plan with capability teams, manage signoff and acceptance of execution plan Perform peer reviews to capability team Test Plan and data requirements Manage connectivity testing completed between each component/teamPerform Release/E2E testing with all the team (This includes but not limited to, resolution of any impediments for the teams involved in this E2E initiative)Publish reports of testing status on a continuous basis to all stakeholdersRetrieve sign-off for each phase of testing as defined in Test StrategyEstablish QA standards across program capability teams for consistent reporting/tracking of QA functionsWork with Global Remittance Test Managers to establish governance standards for QA metrics, reporting, and best practices
