When we get too caught up in the busyness of the world, we loose connection with one another - and ourselves.\" This quote by Jack Kornfield is posted on my wall as a daily reminder to live a life full of purpose and connection. I am passionate about mindfulness and I have been studying yoga and meditation since 2004. I also have been teaching intermittently since 2011 in a variety of settings. This mission has inspired me throughout my professional career to not only “show up” daily, but to THRIVE and inspire others to do their best in the workplace. My career in staffing/HR began when I worked as an Account Manager for a virtual staffing firm and an Office Manager for a fast paced HVAC company. In my current position a Deployment Senior at PWC, I am elated to use my professional experience and passion of mindfulness to inspire others to THRIVE and connect in a virtual world!
