My name is Bridgett McCarthy, and I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. During my time at Georgia Southern, I was an active member of my sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, serving as the Primary Recruitment Director. This role gave me the opportunity to grow my leadership and decision-making skills. In the spring, I interned with the Downtown Statesboro Development Authority and helped put on the annual Taste & Tour Statesboro Downtown. Through this opportunity, I was able to grow my writing and social media skills, as well learning how to be a better team member.
