About Bridget Dolan
I am passionate about fostering growth, building meaningful relationships, and creating opportunities for impact in the nonprofit and education sectors. My career began in outdoor education and youth development, where I discovered a love for mentoring and guiding young people.Over the next decade, I honed my organizational skills in independent schools, combining a strong institutional perspective with meticulous attention to detail. Along the way, I found deep fulfillment in connecting with students and families, hearing their stories, and helping them navigate their journeys.In 2014, I earned a Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership (MNPL) from Seattle University, shifting my focus to nonprofit management, particularly in fundraising and relationship cultivation. My work with The Goodtimes Project, first as a volunteer and since 2018 as Executive Director, has allowed me to deepen this expertise. I’ve had the privilege of leading the organization through meaningful growth, ensuring a strong foundation, and fostering the relationships that make its mission possible.I thrive in roles where I can combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, always guided by my commitment to service and community impact.
