Hailed as an athlete advocate at the intersection of professional sports and impact, Bridget Gannon founded BRIDGE Sports & Entertainment in 2024 after 17 years of industry experience spanning MLB, the NBA, WNBA, NHL, and ATP Tour. At Pro Sports Assembly, Ms. Gannon was the inaugural Co-Chair of The Assembly’s Pro Medal of Leadership Awards, an inaugural member of The Assembly’s Planning Committee, and the inaugural Co-Chair of the Social Impact Member Resource Group.Prior to BRIDGE Sports & Entertainment, Ms. Gannon served as the Vice President of Giving & Growth for The Players Alliance - a player-led and player-driven baseball nonprofit. Prior to The Players Alliance, Ms. Gannon spent four years being responsible for the National Basketball Retired Players Association’s Legends Care initiative, its programs, partnerships, and athlete engagement as the Vice President of Social Impact. Before the NBRPA, Ms. Gannon was with the Washington Nationals for 10+ years, oversaw the Nationals Dream Foundation, and was MLB\'s 2018 All-Star Legacy Projects Coordinator - leading $1.7 million of capital improvement projects around the DC metro area and unveiled during the 2018 MLB All-Star Week. In addition, Ms. Gannon’s professional experience includes seven seasons with the Washington Capitals, six seasons with the Washington Wizards, and the Legg Mason Tennis Classic (now Citi Open).A native of Philadelphia, PA, Ms. Gannon received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and certificates from Yale University, Cornell University, Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Ms. Gannon is the Philadelphia Governor of Work Like A Girl, a longtime member of Women in Sports & Events (WISE), a recipient of the 2023 Girls Inc. of Chicago She Shines Award, and a Sports Business Journal Game Changers nominee.
