At Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, I\'ve functioned as a product lead without the title: conducting user research across a 26-site, 1,500-person organization, managing a prioritized feature backlog, shipping 20+ iterative releases in a single year, and building the KPI frameworks that keep us honest about what\'s working. Some of my work includes-Managed the end-to-end launch of Workday and successful adoption of the platform for 1500+ staff members. I fostered collaboration across departments, engaged stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, and led change management at enterprise scale resulting in a 93% satisfaction rate from end users- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief People Officer on monitoring department goals and key performance indicators. I design and facilitate quarterly team department step-backs for 30 team members to oversee leading data trends and adjust work plans- Built a crossfunctional dashboard for leaders across the network to track the annual distribution of employment agreements and coordinate retention efforts.
