Who I AmI am an HR Manager with over 17 years of experience, a passion for people, and for Michigan State University (Go Green!). Growing up, every career I considered pursuing revolved around helping others. I was always driven to make a difference in people\'s lives. I have also always loved solving problems and taking on a challenge. Human Resources allows me to blend all of these things together. On any given day you can be coaching an employee to success, completing a needs analysis for a manager, partnering with leaders to improve their business, recruiting for new talent, and leading real change through training and development.
