   I am currently a pelvic health physical therapist and childbirth educator in Durham, NC and surrounding cities. I specialize in working with all pelvic health conditions that one can experience across the span of their lifetime–from puberty, to childbirth, to menopause, and beyond. I treat all pelvic health concerns with a special focus on the perinatal population, those dealing with chronic pelvic pain, pain with sex, hormonal imbalances, and those dealing with bowel health issues. I\'ve utilized my training as a childbirth educator and doula to provide extensive childbirth education sessions on what to expect throughout the entire journey of pregnancy and postpartum, and provide adjunct care to those working through fertility issues. With experience as a yoga instructor and avid yogi myself, I have found a niche working with other yogis dealing with chronic pain that often prevents them from engaging in the activities they love.I will begin providing in-person, virtual, and other mobile physical therapy and childbirth education services within Durham and the surrounding cities at the beginning of August of this year. My treatment philosophy involves creating strong partnerships with other healthcare professionals and wellness experts within the community in order to provide well-rounded and holistic services to all those that seek out my care.
