ABOUT BRIDGET MCMILLION

Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Women\'s Health Physical Therapy. Extensive clinical and nonclinical experience with consistent demonstration of strong relationship building, high-level work under pressure, positive communication and collaboration across teams, workflow improvement, quality assurance, clinical program growth, and liaising with other providers. Intrinsically motivated to contribute in meaningful ways and with a drive for program development, project management, and general organizational improvement. Current role as Lead Therapist for Origin PT (Nationwide healthcare startup), establishing and growing a new market clinic and treatment region in SLC, UT offering specialized physical therapy to women and the LGBTQI+ community. Responsibilities include managing daily clinic operations, fostering provider and community partner relationships, clinic quality assurance, caseload growth and client retention, creating and providing educational presentations, and coordinating closely with the marketing and clinical leadership teams to plan and implement a customized growth strategy. Previous work experience has been primarily in large medical systems, including at the nationally-renowned Integrated Pelvic Health Program at Northwestern Medicine. Previous non-clinical roles have included Clinic Resource Coordinator, Subject Matter Expert, Chair of a Regional Pelvic Rehab Special Interest Group, and regional lead for pelvic therapy clinical program growth including conducting interviews, onboarding, technical training, and facilitating advanced continuing education opportunities for system-wide clinical teams. I love what I do and I enjoy learning new ways to expand and layer my professional skills to make a difference.
