At the project level I lead multiple multi-disciplinary projects across the entire project lifecycle, including services such as change management, interior design, and sustainable furniture decommissioning.• At the regional level I co-lead the Ontario and National Capital Region studios (approximately 20 project leads) and am responsible for project oversight, resourcing, executive level updates, and connecting team members from across the regions.• In addition, I also manage a team of project coordinators focused on providing support services for various projects, where I\'m responsible for team performance, goal setting, and coaching with direct reports.
