I am a technologist, strategist, and social impact leader passionate about modernizing nonprofits and new social enterprises. With a strong multi-disciplinary background, including executive leadership roles in talent, technology and global program operations, including financial and grant management, I am well equipped to tackle complex organizational challenges and deliver innovative solutions.Social Impact LeaderI am an experienced nonprofit executive committed to modernizing how we do our work. Through improved technology, leadership and more effective program operations, we can achieve greater impacts and create a more equal, just, and engaged world.TechnologistI served as the Chief Information Officer (Interim) at Save the Children, where I led efforts to transform digital marketing, program management, and data infrastructure. I managed large, multi-year technology budgets and improved employee engagement for a global team based in the US, Colombia and Europe. I won the 2023 AWS Imagine Grant award and led a small innovation team to design a working AI prototype of the Ask Save the Children app. Talent StrategistFrom 2015 to 2018, I served as the Head of Learning at Oxfam, leading development of the organization’s first global shared learning and organizational development service. This pioneering initiative that reached over 8,500 Oxfam learners across 70 countries. In the 2015, I co-authored Oxfam\'s Leadership Model, which connects international development leadership to feminist leadership principles and practice. Over my career I have taught well over mid-career professionals at Oxfam, Brandeis, and Tufts University.
