Working on the joint venture between GSK and Pfizer, on the Supply Chain ICE (Integration and Connecting ERP) team and other internal GSK teams. Ensuring the correct governance processes are implemented and adhered to. Engaging effectively with the internal and external teams. Lead and influence the functional teams through a rigorous governance process and ensure implemented on time and to budget. Building the budget tackers and track delivery and resources to the budget. Identify key resource requirements and on boarding to ensuring that they have the key skills to delivery the programme of work, Stakeholder management, identify and manage stakeholder relationships through out the programme of work. Implement a Change control process, ensuring effective change processes are in place and documented with full audit trail of any changes implemented.
