Recruiting farmers since 2015, I have worked to build a strong network of Southeastern growers to produce high quality, certified organic produce for our family brand: New Sprout Organic Farms. We started as a 50 acre operation and over time have recruited highly skilled men and women to grow with us. We now represent over acres of certified organic farmland and have expanded our portfolio to offer over 40 vegetables across 12 months of the year. I came on board with New Sprout in 2015 to build a grower network, but the journey has been so much more. I wear many hats and currently handle all grower relationship management, crop planning, sales, logistics, compliance, and administrative responsibilities. My growers come first, always, and I wouldn\'t have it any other way.
